It is very important to make frequent backups of your DBs to protect your web site content and to abstain from any accidental data loss. With the Database Manager graphical user interface, creating a database backup file is extremely easy. Simply click on the Backup icon next to the database you wish to back up and you will be instantaneously taken to the File Manager section from where you can download your freshly created database backup file.
MySQL and PgSQL Databases
