Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one mail management tool, which will grant you complete command over your mailboxes and e-mail campaigns. With this intuitive user interface, you can set up a new e-mail box in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. Plus, you can forward e-mail messages from one email mailbox to another, create email filters, create autoresponders and guard your email box accounts against junk mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your email mailboxes against junk mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unasked-for mail messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a message marked as spam should be erased or forwarded to a specific e-mailbox.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for filtering your incoming mail messages on the basis of certain criteria set by you. Setting up e-mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantly. You can quickly create a filter for any of your e-mail accounts and select the filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming e-mail messages from one email box to another, or even to several other email mailboxes. Simply specify the mailbox you want to forward electronic mail messages from, then choose the target email mailbox and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily set up the email client of your preference to access your email box accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox you wish to set up on your PC or handheld device and click on the electronic mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email mailbox will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple e-mail accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager will also enable you to quickly create an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to read and our system will handle everything else. And if you wish to set up a catch-all email box - you can achieve that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
